ஓய்வு பெறும் வயதுவரையில் தீயணைப்பு மற்றும் மீட்புத்துறையில் பணி - ஒரு ஆய்வு

சமீபத்தில் ஒரு பையன் கிணற்றில் மூழ்கி இறந்துவிட்டான். அவனது சடலத்தை மீட்க

தீயணைப்பு படையினர் வந்தனர். அவர்களைப்பார்த்து நான் அதிர்ந்து போய்விட்டேன். ஏனெனில் அவர்களில்

இருவர் ஓய்வு பெறும் வயதின் மிக அருகில் இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் கிணற்றில் குதித்து பையன் சடலத்தை மீட்பது

இயலாத காரியம்.நல்ல வேளையாக அவர்களில் ஒருவர் சமீபத்தில் பணியில் சேர்ந்தவர் இருந்தார். அவர்தான்

கிணற்றில் இறங்கினார். இறுதியாக சுற்றிலும் இருந்தவர்களின் பெருமுயற்சியால் தான் சடலம் மேலே கொண்டு

வரப்பட்டது.



ஒரு வேளை கடுமையான தீயணைப்புப் பணியோ அல்லது இக்கட்டான மீட்பு பணியோ செய்ய வேண்டி

இருப்பின் ஓய்வு பெறும் வயதில் இருக்கும் அவர்களைக் கொண்டு என்ன செய்வது?



ஓய்வு பெறும் வயது வரையில் ஒரே பணியில் ஒருவர் இருப்பது எப்படி நியாயமாகும். ஏதேனும்

பதவி உயர்வு இருந்தால் தான் பணிக்காலம் மிகவும் சுவாரசியமாக செல்லும். மேலும் தீயணைப்பு மற்றும் மீட்பு

காவல் துறை ஆகிய துறைகளில் நல்ல உடற்கட்டோடு இருக்கும் இளம் வயதினர் இருப்பதே பயனளிக்கும்.



இப்படி சொல்வதால் நான் வயதானவர்களுக்கு எதிரானவன் என்று கருதி விடாதீர்கள். வயது முதிர்வுக்கு

ஏற்ப அத்துறையில் இருப்பவர்களை திட்டமிடல்,ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி என்று அத்துறையிலேயே பிரிவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தி

அவர்களின் அனுபவ அறிவினை நாம் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். இதனால் அத்துறையின் பணி துள்ளியமாகவும்

மேம்பட்ட தரத்துடனும் விளங்கும்.



நீங்களே கற்பனை செய்து பாருங்கள், 58 வயதை நெருங்கும் ஒருவர் தீயணைப்பு வாகன ஏணியில் வேகமாக

பீய்ச்சி அடிக்கும் நீர்க்குழாயினை பிடித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பது என்பது எவ்வளவு அபாயமான ஒன்று.



எனவே தீயணைப்பு மற்றும் மீட்பு துறையை நவீனமயமாக்கினால் அந்தத் துறையும் மற்ற துறைகளைப் போல்

உலகத்தரத்தில் விளங்கும் என்பதில் ஐயம் இல்லை.

Free bies announced by the political parties election manifesto

In this election also kalaingar started his election campaign with lot of free bies to the people.

Giving such things serve any good to the people ? definitely no.

After seeing his election manifesto Ms Jayalalitha also announced a lot more than her counter part.

One thing I want to share is that they are going to face the election together with other parties in their respective alliance. Then a common minimum program should be adopted and that should be declared as their election manifesto. Any how this time a coalition govt is going to rule tamil nadu.

To top it all I would like to say Instead of giving the things free to the people, enable them or empower them to buy those things or lot more with their own earned money. Give them employment. Introduce lot of small scale industries in every village and employ the unemployed people there give them fair pay. so that they will be able to buy those things by their own money. They will no longer expect your "alms". Never try to make the people beggers. Don't suppress their self respect. These kind of election gimmicks can't with stand longer.

Farewell party to my 10th students Batch 2010-20112

Tomorrow 23.03.2011 Farewell party arranged by our 10th students.

* This year little bit of satisfaction that all of my students may pass out in maths. But in English I put maximum effort to make all students pass. Some of regularly irregular late bloomers may fail in English. Which is a bit of worry for me.

* Discipline wise they are very good. They all obeyed our discipline related restrictions. one or two cases are registered under inf actuation related issues. But I lightly chided the related students with fitting words later no follow up issues.

* Cooperation among students are quet good. They helped one another when needed. I noticed one or two situations reminding the Kural "udukkai izhanthavan kai pol ange idukkan kalaivatham natpu".

* one Noteworthy thing is that students used to have nick name. "suruthi"(in vadivel voice like "pokkiri" may bring you laughter, "appatha"( pasanga movie), I gave one boy a name "sangi mangi"(pokkiri movie). we share these things in some lighter moments and enjoyed with the students.

*One of my class students name "kirubakaran" is 10 C leader. He is a boy of very much leadership quality. Who make me lot of works easier. I need not say anything to him but he used to take his duties himself and finish it in time. When I try to say him to do a work he stood accomplished. Really a nice boy who will surely have a nice future 'mark my words'

* In all the way This academic year was very nice to me and my colleagues. We all enjoyed to work with this batch.
